Returns and Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Only digital products that have not been accessed are eligible for refund.

Return must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return of digital products, please contact Customer Service at Please have the order or invoice number and billing contact information ready when contacting us.

Refunds will be processed within five business days of refund approval.
